To report someone, open your chat with them in the app and choose Report. You can also unmatch or block them there. Reports are reviewed by a person. The member you report isn't told who reported them.

Common questions

How do I join?

Flutter Love is invite-only. You'll need an invite code from an existing member, or from us. After you sign up and complete your profile, we review your application. You'll be told when you're approved.

I didn't get my confirmation code

Check your spam or junk folder for an email from [email protected]. You can ask for a new code from the same screen in the app.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?. We'll email you a code to set a new one.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Account and tap Delete account. This permanently deletes your profile, photos, answers, matches and messages. If you can't sign in, email us from your account's email address and we'll delete it for you.
